Set-Up Your Exhibition Space The Entrepreneur Showcase will begin promptly at 5:30 pm so please arrive early to set up your space. You will be provided ~ 4’x4’ of table space in the event room where you can display your materials and handouts. You are encouraged to use marketing materials that help to tell your story. Suggested types are:

A looped local video o A PowerPoint presentation o A webpage such as a video on YouTube

Business cards o Brochures o Samples of your products and/or services o Customer success stories, case studies, whitepapers, reference material

Q&A Session Following the Panel Discussion During the panel discussion, compose one short, not self-promoting but value-added question that relates your business to the topic. When you pose your question, give your name, company and a very, VERY brief description of your company’s value proposition such as “we improve medical records security”, then say your question.
